If you buy any kind of digital scale from our range of small electronic scales, pocket scales, weighting scales, herb scales and electronic scales, we will refund you in full, excluding delivery charges, no questions asked, based on the following conditions:

• The electronic scales as returned as delivered.
• The digital scales are returned with all the packaging and any accessories provided
• The digital scales have not been damaged in any way (we therefore recommend they are kept in their original packaging).
• You return your electronic scales within 14 days
• You label the package containing the returned electronic scales with the ‘Return Authorization Number’.

Any pocket scales not returned in accordance with the above will not be accepted and we maintain the right to charge delivery costs to you when sending the pocket scales back to your address.
